Cancellation & Refund Policy
Not Satisfied with Your Product?
- Return items in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Only valid for items purchased from GRIPP’s online store.
- For wrong products received, request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery. The replacement will ship within 72 hours. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- GRIPP does not offer refunds; only replacements or store credit for unsatisfactory items.
- Products must be in perfect, sellable condition for replacement. GRIPP will not replace products that are not in sellable condition.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
- If the order has been shipped but not yet delivered (due to courier issues), you may still request a refund. The refund will be processed once the item is returned.
- GRIPP may cancel orders in rare cases (e.g., unavailable courier service, out-of-stock items, unconfirmed COD orders).
- COD orders will be canceled if confirmation attempts fail after 3 tries.
Return & Refund Policy
- Eligible returns must be in “as-new” condition, with original packaging and all accessories, within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued for items returned in original condition.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. GRIPP does not arrange reverse pickups.
- Returns must include proof of purchase, photos, and unboxing video to support claims.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
Note:
- GRIPP is not liable for lost or stolen packages during return transit. Use a mailing service with tracking.
- Products must be in resalable condition, with protective films intact.
- Unboxing video is required for any refund claim.
Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
- Items purchased from authorized retailers (contact the original seller directly for returns).
Faulty Product?
- All products are covered by a warranty from the date of purchase. Visit our Shipping & Warranty page for more details.
Cancelling or Amending Orders:
- Orders cannot be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. For unwanted items, please refer to the return policy above. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
