Shipping & Warranty Policy
Free Nationwide Shipping:
- Free shipping only on prepaid orders above ₹999. COD orders will be an extra ₹100 on order above ₹999.
- Prepaid Orders below ₹999 will have extra ₹100 Shipping cost automatically.
- COD Minimum Order Value must be ₹999 or else order will be cancelled.
- Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
- Tracking information is emailed once the order is shipped.
- Ensure accurate delivery details. In case of absence during delivery attempts, make necessary arrangements.
Multiple Shipping Addresses:
- Separate orders are required for shipping to multiple addresses.
Shipping of Claimed Products:
- If your warranty claim is approved, GRIPP will not cover the shipping costs for sending the product to GRIPP.
- If the product is repaired or replaced, the warranty period will remains the same.
- GRIPP does not cover shipping costs in the following situations:
- Return for reasons other than a proven defect.
- Unauthorized returns.
- If the returned item is in working condition, you are responsible for shipping costs. Use a mailing option with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day. Delivery takes between 2 to 7 days and may go upto last 15 Days depending on location.
- Free standard shipping is available only on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- We do not offer international shipping.
- If your order is delayed, we will notify you with a revised estimated delivery date.
General Shipping Information:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days, Monday to Friday (Except holidays).
- Delivery estimates are 2 to 5 working days post-shipping. Contact customer support for assistance with any delivery issues.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information or refusal, reshipping will cost ₹100, and refunds will have ₹200 or the shipping charge (whichever is lower) deducted.
COD Policy:
- COD charges ₹100 (non-refundable).
- Orders can be canceled before shipping.
Warranty Information:
- GRIPP warranties cover functional defects under normal use conditions.
- Warranty periods:
- Mobile Cases, Tablet Cases, AirPods Cases & Watch Straps: 3 Month.
- Laptop Hardshell Cases, Keyboard Skin & Stand & Holders: 6 Month.
- Laptop Bags & Sleeves: 1 Year.
- Warranty exclusions include accidental damage, improper use, natural disasters, and unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Warranty does not cover scratches, normal wear-and-tear, or damage to externally exposed parts.
- GRIPP is not liable for any devices used in conjunction with GRIPP products.
How to Claim Warranty:
- Send proof of purchase and photos of the issue to care@technolifeindia.com.
- Warranty claims are typically resolved within 48-72 hours.
